Delma, our Owner and Director, brings over four decades of experience in the disability support sector. Her career has spanned roles from Social Trainer to Support Coordinator—and throughout it all, her passion for supporting people with disabilities has never wavered.

Vibrant Vitality began as a one-person service and grew rapidly due to word-of-mouth and trust. Today, we match the right support worker to each participant based on their personality, goals, and needs—ensuring consistency and genuine connection.

Delma continues to mentor our team and shape our values. Her belief is simple: every person deserves to live with dignity, independence, and a real sense of community.
